As law enforcement attempts to track down the origin of the deadly street fentanyl, they encounter a series of dead-ends. Only the chance arrest of a suspect in an unrelated case suddenly gives them the break they are looking for.

DEA introduces an undercover agent to infiltrate the fentanyl operation. But as they close in, they find themselves in a race against the clock to locate Marquardt - and the lab - before he disappears.
