The Banana Boat Song promotes healthy eating with a groovy reggae beat and some hip sailor dancers. The soldiers are marching up the hill and then they are marching back down and stopping in the middle where they are neither up nor down in A Grand Old Duke Of York. A beautiful ballerina dances with a big fluffy teddy bear getting ready to go to bed in Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear. Here we go Round the Mulberry Bush teaches children about good hygiene such as washing their hands, washing clothes, sweeping the floor, and brushing one's hair. The Captain plays a fun game using poetry then plays a rhyming game with Sam and Jeff.

Pop singing legend Leo Sayer has re-recorded with The Wiggles his smash hit 'You Make Me Feel Like Dancing' which opens this episode. In this song The Wiggles dress in costumes inspired by the 1960s and 70s and their dances match their costumes! Of course there is lots more music - we do the hornpipe in 'A Sailor Went To Sea', we march up and down with the 'Grand Old Duke Of York' and meet some ducks, chickens and birds in 'Over In The Meadow'. The Wiggles meet their friends Captain Feathersword and Wags the Dog who re-enact an exciting fire fighting adventure. Murray and Jeff create a seaside musical landscape using a guitar, piano and animated images. Finally, Captain Feathersword plays a trick on Anthony and pretends to be a Mariachi singer!

Country Music star, Troy Cassar-Daley joins The Wiggles for the folk song Old Dan Tucker. The fab four of fun then don 1960s suits and do The Shimmie Shake! The Wiggles go to Captain Feathersword's dock and join Wags the Dog playing pin the feathersword on a drawing of the Captain. Anthony plays 'Who Am I?', when he dresses as a farmer in a game designed to develop skills of deduction. Sam sings the traditional nursery rhyme Pop Goes The Weasel and we see ten ballet dancing fairies in The Fairy Dance.

Wiggle Dance

Let's make the rhythm of the feet, hands, legs and arms as we sing and dance along with Dr Knickerbocker! Murray and Jeff Wiggle create a rural musical landscape using a guitar, piano and animated images. The Wiggles take us to Jamaica and sing and dance to The Banana Boat Song. Captain Feathersword, Anthony and Jeff Wiggle are hungry little kittens waiting to eat pie in Three Little Kittens. Murray goes to the letterbox and works out who has sent him a letter in a segment designed to develop skills of deduction. Children will love joining in with One Finger, One Thumb, which encourages fine and gross motor skills development.

It's time to get fit with The Wiggles as they run, jump and skip with Captain Feathersword, Henry, Dorothy, Wags and their friends. Troy Cassar-Daley, one of Australia's most talented country singers lends his guitar and voice to help The Wiggles sing The Turkey In The Straw. Watch as Wags learns the real way to rock n' roll with Dorothy the Dinosaur. Murray gets a very special turtle that looks a lot like everyone's favourite captain. Join Captain and Dorothy in an English Country Garden as they sing and dance amongst beautiful flowers and insects. Out comes the stars as the ballerinas and The Wiggles sing everyone's favourite lullaby Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.
