Hot Ones is back, and hotter than ever! Season 21 kicks off on Thursday, May 26, at 11am EST with a very special guest out of the same hometown as Da Bomb Beyond Insanity (hint, hint). But first, it's Scoville draft day and Sean Evans is here to introduce a new starting lineup of hot shots to the table. From lemon pepper in the front half, to watermelon in the back half, this season's sauces are packed with interesting flavors and serious heat.
