Dani and Jack are sent to Turkey to find out why an American scientist is there. It seems that his son is imprisoned on trumped up charges. They promise to help get his son out. But they have a little problem, one of Dani's girls was injured and like out of nowhere, a girl named Yvonne, who wants to work with Dani shows up and Dani hires her on the spot. What no one knows is that she is the one of injured the model and that she is stalking Jack. A few years ago, she was living with a man who's a spy. And one of Jack's missions brought the two of them together, that ended with him dying. She came back to her apartment just as he fell off the roof, and she saw Jack on the roof. She goes to the Russian embassy hoping to find someone from the KGB who can help her but the official denies that there's any KGB at this embassy she then tells him about Jack and of how he is one of Dani's models. In La Costa, Central America, Bud Taylor a former ""Outrider"" for the U.S. Government, is murdered in a phony terrorist attack. Before dying, he hides his wife Merilee ant infant son and telephones Mark Reynolds, an American ambassador. Bud warns Mark that there is an international conspiracy in La Costa and that no one can be trusted. Mark is murdered before he can contact the U.S. Government. Merilee is the only one who ran blow the lid on the conspiracy. Eric Dukane is a foreign diplomat who is a serial killer, who has managed to evade the law by either creating iron clad alibis or using his diplomatic immunity. Cody, a lawman from Fort Worth whose daughter was one of Dukane's victims has been following wherever he goes. When Dukane uses his diplomatic immunity again and leaves the country, Cody throws away his badge and goes after him. Dani and Mac are sent to make sure that Cody doesn't do anything. When Dukane sets his sights on one of Dani's models, they decide to try and trap him. However, it turns out that Dani is his real target and he has her, Cody confronts him with a gun but is hesitant to shoot but Mac, who is a trained marksman convinces Dukane to give up.
