Jana’s pleas fall on deaf ears, while At and Conrad need to come up with a strategy regarding the ER vacancy. Rian is furious about what he sees in the doctors’ lounge, and there clearly is tension between the two candidates before the board votes. Steve and Bronwyn are at loggerheads about Adelyn.
